About Me

<LetsChat />

I'm currently open to work!

I’m Nate, a frontend engineer who loves turning complex ideas into clean, scalable, and accessible web experiences. I believe great engineering should make life easier — for users and for the teams who build and maintain it. With 6+ years working in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and headless CMS platforms, I focus on building thoughtful systems, mentoring developers, and improving workflows so teams can ship with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy 3D printing and modeling, mixing live audio at my local church, diving into base-building video games, and discovering new places to eat. I live in Kansas with my wife and our two very opinionated cats.

  • What impresses me most about Nathan is how he consistently goes above and beyond. He took the initiative to build shared libraries that have become essential tools for our team, dramatically speeding up our development process. It's this kind of forward-thinking that makes him invaluable.

    Whether you're looking for technical expertise, team leadership, or someone who can bring fresh energy to your projects, Nathan checks all these boxes and then some. He's the kind of developer who makes everyone around him better, and any team would be lucky to have him.

  • Nate consistently delivers high-quality work and takes full ownership of technical execution across his projects. His track record, reliability, and attention to detail make him a strong technical leader on the team ... He solves problems independently, collaborates well with both internal and external stakeholders, and works smoothly with contractors. Nate takes full ownership of his projects and consistently operates with a high level of autonomy.

  • Talk about MOVE FAST. HUMONGOUS shoutout to Nate for exceeding all expectations on another Semgrep Launch. The client reached out to add more bandwidth to our full sprint capacity to be completed under an extremely tight deadline. As the solo dev, Nate cruised through all of it flawlessly.

  • The man just owns all aspects of being a true master of his craft and a team player. Nathan continues to deliver quality work and results which has helped keep clients excited and happy as well as helped me learn time and time again. I often ask myself "what can't this man do?" and to no surprise, he usually finds a solution to the task at hand.
